Required Specifications & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher education in Information Systems , Information Technology , Computer Scienc , or other related disciplines.
Comprehend and clarify complex technical concepts.
Have research and analytical skills.
Multitasking: Mindset of undertaking multiple projects and delivering quality work on tight deadlines.
Experience with working knowledge of MS Office or Google Docs.
Excellent technical writing and communication skills.
strong command of tools for publishing documentation , including SnagIt , Camtasia , Zendesk Guide , and others.

Draft instruction manuals
Deliver technical accuracy in writing user reports.
Undertake existing and key content documents for improvisation.
Write reports for internal teams such as developers and programmers.
Write reports after collaboration and thorough discussion with subject matter experts and technical staff.
Write easy and understandable documents for clients of all categories.
