Job Description
We are looking for a passionate HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and contribute to various HR processes. This internship will help you acquire HR skills and provide you with knowledge of various HR strategies, making you more competitive in the HR field.
Required Specifications & Qualifications
  • Education: Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Prior internship experience in HR is a plus but not required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support new employee onboarding and assist with orientation sessions.
  • Help maintain employee records and ensure all documents are accurately filed.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement activities and training sessions.
  • Assist with payroll and benefits administration tasks, as needed.
  • Provide general support to the HR department with day-to-day tasks.
  • Contribute ideas for improving HR processes and enhancing company culture
