We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our growing team. As an HR Executive, you will play a key role in supporting various human resource functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, and administrative tasks. This position requires excellent communication skills, confidentiality, and a genuine interest in building a strong company culture.
Required Specifications & Qualifications:
- Work Experience: 0–3 years in HR or administrative roles. Internship experience is acceptable. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local language. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and HRMS tools. Time Management: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Attitude: Positive, approachable, and willing to learn.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. MBA,PGDM in HR (preferred but not mandatory). Basic knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR practices.
