We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our dynamic team and help bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will analyze business processes, gather requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive data-driven decisions and improve operational efficiency.
Required Specifications & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
- 0 - 1 years of experience in business analysis, project management or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel or other data analysis tools is preferred.
- Excellent communication, documentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum or Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience with business process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio) is a plus.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze and document business requirements for projects and process improvements.
- Work closely with stakeholders, including business teams, developers and project managers, to ensure alignment.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis and industry trend evaluations.
- Develop functional specifications, process flows and use cases.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations.
- Assist in the design and implementation of solutions that meet business needs.
- Support testing, training and change management activities.
- Utilize data analytics to measure project success and propose optimizations.
