Required Specifications & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• 0 - 1 years of experience in business analysis, project management or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel or other data analysis tools is preferred.
• Excellent communication, documentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum or Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with business process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio) is a plus.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze and document business requirements for projects and process improvements.
• Work closely with stakeholders, including business teams, developers and project managers, to ensure alignment.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and industry trend evaluations.
• Develop functional specifications, process flows and use cases.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations.
• Assist in the design and implementation of solutions that meet business needs.
• Support testing, training and change management activities.
• Utilize data analytics to measure project success and propose optimizations.
